Amasa Pulp Yard Leasing and Scaling

Our Ottawa Forest Products Amasa location is located in the heart of the Western Upper Peninsula forestlands. Since 2013 we have contracted with two large regional pulpwood buyers and have leases in place for pulp yards. In 2015, OFP added a weight scale, to assist with accurate scaling of pulp loads into Amasa. This site also is located with access to Class A highways and an active rail spur to facilitate the transportation of pulp wood as efficiently as possible.
